About the Corporate Call Center Deal

June 2016 – Mufson Howe Hunter & Co., a boutique investment banking firm serving companies in the middle market, is pleased to announce that Guardian Capital Partners has sold Corporate Call Center, Inc. (“Corporate Call Center”) to The Results Companies, a portfolio company of One Equity PartnersMHH acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Corporate Call Center, working closely with Guardian Capital Partners throughout the sale process. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Corporate Call Center is an industry-leading customer interaction company that specializes in providing complex, high-touch services within the healthcare insurance, wellness education and the pharmaceutical and medical device markets.
