Brandon Eck is a Managing Director and Head of Mufson Howe Hunter’s Technology Services Industry Group . Prior to joining Mufson Howe Hunter, Mr. Eck was a Managing Director and Head of Technology Services at Janney Montgomery Scott LLC, where he oversaw Janney’s investment banking efforts in the IT services, technology-enabled services and Business Process Outsourcing (“BPO”) sectors. Over Mr. Eck’s career in investment banking, he has developed a diverse transactional background, completing over 60 transactions, including sell- and buy-side mergers and acquisitions; public equity offerings; private equity and debt capital raises; acquisition financings; fairness opinions; and Section 363 transactions. Prior to joining Janney, Mr. Eck was a Principal at Katalyst LLC, a private investment and advisory firm for technology and life sciences companies. Prior to his tenure with Katalyst, Mr. Eck was a Principal with RCW Mirus Inc., in Boston, where he was responsible for leading transactions for firms engaged in a variety of technology industries, including IT services, software, telecommunications and other sectors.

Mr. Eck received his B.A. in Management with a concentration in finance from Gettysburg College.
