Mufson Howe Hunter & Co. is pleased to announce that EDA Contractors, Inc. (“EDA” or the “Company”), a recognized leader in the commercial construction and restoration industry, has acquired Glazing Concepts, LLC, a premier provider of architectural glass solutions and high-performance glazing systems.

EDA specializes in the exterior envelope of commercial, institutional, and industrial buildings, with services ranging from Architectural Wall Panels & Accessories to Roofing, Masonry, and Historical Restoration. The acquisition will allow EDA to add Glazing Concepts’ expertise in glazing and architectural glass solutions for commercial, institutional and public construction projects to the Company’s extensive line-up of exterior building envelope capabilities throughout the region.

Mufson Howe Hunter served as the exclusive financial advisor to EDA for the transaction.
