Mufson Howe Hunter and Company is pleased to announce that All Current Electrical Sales, Inc. has been acquired by High Road Capital Partners.

All Current Electrical Sales, Inc. is a reseller and distributor of industrial grade electrical parts and components. All Current was acquired by High Road Capital Partners, with debt financing provided by US Bancorp, PNC Bank, and Babson Capital Management.

Mufson Howe Hunter and Company acted as All Current Electrical Sales' exclusive financial advisor for the transaction. This engagement underscores MHH's commitment to partnering with leading manufacturing and distribution companies.
