Mufson Howe Hunter & Company is pleased to announce the sale of Next Generation Reporting LLC to Deposition Solutions, LLC dba Lexitas. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

NextGen is a national court reporting firm that provides innovative remote deposition services as well as traditional court reporting services to law firms, insurance companies and other clients involved in litigation proceedings. In addition, the Company provides deposition videography, trial presentation consulting, trial video services as well as a managed service offering. NextGen’s robust technology platform enables its clients to conduct depositions from remote locations and allows experts, adjusters, witnesses and counterparties to attend the proceedings using practically any internet-connected device.

Mufson Howe Hunter acted as the exclusive financial adviser to NextGen, working closely with the Company’s management team throughout the sale process.
