The merger was completed on October 18, 2016 and the new company is now known as AmerCareRoyal, an organization providing the foodservice industry with a single source solution for over 3,000 disposable items.

Royal Paper Products, Inc., based in Exton, PA, is a leading importing manufacturer of disposable items used in the food service, janitorial and hospitality industries. Royal Paper was founded in 1949 as a manufacturer of placemats, beverage coasters, paper bibs and chef hats for the hospitality industry, and has grown over its 3 generations of family ownership to become a leading industry provider with over 1,500 disposable products for its national client base.

AmerCare, LLC, based in Charleston, SC, is a leading provider of disposable products such as cutlery, straws, gloves, point of sale products, napkins and other paper disposables to the foodservice and retail industries. AmerCare’s product line currently includes over 1,200 products.
