Mufson Howe Hunter & Company is pleased to announce that VCI Mobility (Norristown, PA), a leading regional provider of wheelchair-accessible vehicles has sold its retail and commercial business operations to MobilityWorks (Akron, OH). VCI’s retail centers sell wheelchair-accessible vans and adaptive driving aids as well as provide vehicle rental and maintenance services. VCI’s commercial operations provide customized upfitting of vans and the resale of buses for commercial fleet operators through a network of retail locations and dealers.

Mobility Works, a national chain, provides wheelchair-accessible vehicles, serves the transportation needs of the handicapped community with minivans, full-size vans with lifts, and commercial fleet vehicles.

Mufson Howe Hunter & Company acted as the exclusive financial advisor to VCI Mobility. This engagement underscores MHH’s commitment to partnering with leading consumer products & services and business services companies.
