Mufson Howe Hunter & Co. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Verocel, Inc. by Wisk Aero, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company.

Verocel, Inc. is a leading player in the verification & validation (V&V) of high-integrity software products primarily for the aerospace industry. Verocel’s expertise is in supporting the certification of high-integrity aerospace software and the qualification of V&V tools.

Wisk Aero, LLC provides urban air mobility services, which include autonomous flight, rotor safety systems, redundant systems, and parachute descent services. Wisk’s self-flying, eVTOL air taxi will make it possible for passengers to skip the traffic and get to their destination faster.
